Freelance Talent Acquisition - EdTech Hiring

Description:
We have an EdTech company focused on upskilling students through professional training programs. We are now expanding our placement network and are looking for a freelance Talent Acquisition specialist who already has connections with hiring partners or companies that regularly recruit trained or entry-level candidates.
Your Role:
Collaborate with us to connect our trained students with hiring companies.
Bring in placement or hiring partnerships across IT, engineering, manufacturing, or other relevant industries.
Coordinate with hiring partners to understand their requirements and match them with our trained candidates.
Help in building long-term relationships with organizations for continuous placement support.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or placement partnerships.
Strong network of HR contacts, hiring partners, or staffing companies.
Ability to work independently and deliver results on a commission or success-based model.
Prior experience working with training institutes, EdTech companies, or skill development centers will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
Commission-based / Partnership model — will be discussed based on your network and performance.
