I work with multiple clients who need a steady stream of entry-level talent in both IT and Healthcare. To keep up with demand, I’m looking to partner with freelance recruiters based in Kolkata, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Bangalore, Pune or nearby hubs.
The arrangement is simple: you source, screen and deliver candidates; I pay you for every successful hire. Most openings sit at the junior end of the spectrum, covering positions such as HTML developers, SEO specialists, web content writers, sales / business-development executives and ASP.NET developers with MVC exposure. Additional IT or Healthcare roles may appear as pipelines evolve, so adaptability is a plus.
Key expectations
• Source fresh, employment-ready profiles that match each job brief
• Validate basic skills, interest level and salary fit before submission
• Coordinate interview scheduling until the candidate is placed
