Freelance Recruiter for Israel Roles

I’m ready to launch several remote, part-time roles—business analysts, product analysts, project managers, market researchers and PAs—as we expand our international project-management firm into Israel. I already have polished job descriptions; what I need now is a sourcing specialist who can get those listings live on LinkedIn and build a strong pipeline of talent.

LinkedIn is the primary channel for these ads, so please be comfortable with every facet of the platform: paid postings, community outreach, and Boolean search. LinkedIn does not have to be the only platform, any other channel is welcomed.
While education and certifications certainly help, the overriding filter will be solid, provable work experience, ideally from people who thrive in fast-moving environments rather than any single industry background.

Your workflow should cover:
• Publishing each role on LinkedIn with optimized copy and tags
• Actively searching, short-listing and initial-screening suitable candidates
• Presenting a clean candidate spreadsheet (contact details, résumé links, brief notes on fit)
