Hebes by Chloe, my fast-growing jewellery brand, is stepping into new markets and I need your recruitment expertise to keep pace. Over the next few weeks I must secure three key hires—marketing, sales and software development—so the task centres on sourcing, screening and presenting talent that fits both the skill requirements and our creative, customer-first culture.

Here is what success looks like:
• A curated shortlist of 5–7 qualified candidates per role, complete with résumés, screening notes and salary expectations.
• First-round interview scheduling handled end-to-end through tools you already master (Zoom, Google Meet, Calendly—whatever keeps the process smooth).
• Weekly progress updates summarising pipelines, outreach metrics and any market feedback that could refine our search.

You will have full freedom to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, referral networks or Boolean search strings—whatever consistently delivers talent. I will provide detailed role profiles, EVP talking points and prompt feedback on candidate fit so decisions can move quickly.
