Freelance Recruiter - EU Relocation Roles (Delivery Only)
Budget: €5,000 – €10,000 EUR
We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter or recruitment agency with an established sourcing operation. The focus is on identifying candidates who speak a European language and are willing to relocate within Europe. Most roles are entry-level customer service positions and do not require prior experience.
This is a delivery-only engagement. You handle sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate submission. We take over after handoff. Payment is a fixed fee per successful placement.
Scope of work
* Source and screen EU-based multilingual candidates open to relocating to Greece, Spain, Portugal, or Bulgaria
* Submit only candidates who fully meet a clearly defined, objective checklist per role
* Manage the entire sourcing and outreach process using your own tools and channels
* Provide complete candidate submissions, including screening notes
* Share regular reporting on outreach volume and funnel progress
Requirements
* Proven access to candidate pools and active outreach capacity
* Experience recruiting for startups, online businesses, or remote-first companies is preferred
* Professional-level English is required; additional European languages are a plus but not mandatory
Compensation
* Fixed fee per placed candidate
* Ongoing hiring demand with repeat roles and the potential for long-term collaboration
