Freelance Recruiter

Brief: We are looking for a freelance recruiter to join our team, full-time/Part-time.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understand the requirements of the clients by partnering with the hiring managers.
• Source, screen, schedule and conduct initial rounds‘ of interviews of prospective candidates before they are presented to the clients.
• Come up with innovative and creative ways to source candidates for Niche roles.
