Freelance Marketing Talent Recruiter

I’m looking for a seasoned recruiter who can quickly build a strong pipeline of mid-level marketing candidates for several open roles across my remote-first company. You’ll take full ownership of the sourcing and first-round screening process—identifying prospects on LinkedIn, niche job boards, and relevant communities, then prescreening them to ensure their experience maps to the brief before handing qualified leads back to me for interviews.

Key objectives
• Source and engage qualified mid-level marketers located anywhere in the world
• Conduct initial résumé and cultural-fit screens, capturing notes in my ATS
• Maintain clear, timely communication on pipeline progress and candidate status
