A curated talent list will be provided, and no candidate sourcing is required. Your focus will be on professional communication, engagement, and coordination.

Key Objective
• Successfully connect listed candidates with us for technical assessment sessions

Responsibilities
• Reach out to candidates from the provided talent list
• Clearly explain the opportunity and technical assessment process
• Maintain professional, honest, and sincere communication
• Coordinate availability and introductions for technical assessments
• Ensure smooth handoff of candidates to our technical team
• Provide status updates on candidate responses and progress

Requirements
• Native or near-native English proficiency (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of IT roles and technical concepts
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Honest, transparent, and professional work ethic
• Prior experience in IT recruitment, headhunting, or talent coordination is a plus
