Female Sales Rep for Startup

I'm looking to hire a female sales representative for my startup in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The task involves gathering resumes and arranging in-person interviews with us.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in sales
- Comfortable with a fixed shift, 6 days working, and rotational week offs
- Work from office

The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to source resumes from online job portals
- Coordinate and schedule interviews

Compensation:
- Maximum budget for task: 3000 INR
- In-hand salary: 20000 INR for experienced
- Deadline: 48 hours
