Expert Recruiter for Property Manager Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced recruiter to assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for an exciting Property Manager position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management requirements, along with experience in hiring for real estate or property management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified candidates for the Property Manager role through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring team and candidates
Conduct phone or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role
Assist in evaluating candidates for their knowledge of property management processes, landlord-tenant laws, and maintenance operations
Manage communication between the candidates and the hiring team throughout the interview process
