Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for travel nurses and allied health professionals. This is a performance-driven role with significant upside per placement for recruiters who can consistently deliver qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals (RNs, Allied Health, Techs, etc.)
Actively recruit via job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, referrals, and databases
Conduct initial candidate interviews and qualification calls
Collect and verify credentials (licenses, certifications, experience)
Manage candidates through submission, interview, and offer stages
Maintain accurate records in ATS / CRM
Collaborate with U.S.-based account managers and compliance teams
Meet weekly activity and placement targets
Roles You’ll Recruit For
Travel RNs (ICU, ER, Med/Surg, CVOR, Cath Lab, etc.)
Allied Health (Rad Tech, CT Tech, MRI Tech, Ultrasound, Respiratory)
Other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
Prior healthcare recruiting experience required (U.S. market preferred)
Experience recruiting travel nurses or allied professionals strongly preferred
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Comfortable making calls to U.S.-based candidates
Experience using ATS / CRM systems
Ability to work U.S. business hours (or overlap at least 4 hours)
Results-driven, self-motivated, and reliable
Performance & Compensation Details
$5/hour guaranteed
$1,000 per placement (paid per clinician who starts an assignment)
High performers can earn $5,000–$10,000+ per month in commissions
