Experienced Recruiter Needed - Non IT

As a recruiter, my focus is on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various clients. If you have excellent networking and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of recruitment processes, I'd like to hear from you.

Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment is preferred
- Experience in NON IT industries is a must

Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify and understand specific staffing needs
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
- Conducting job interviews and presenting suitable candidates to clients
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management

Ideal candidates for this project will be able to demonstrate their previous successes in recruitment, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Your communication skills should be top-notch, as you'll be representing my business to potential hires and clients alike.
