Entry-Level Candidate Sourcing on LinkedIn

I need help building a strong pipeline of entry-level professionals and want someone who can dive into LinkedIn Recruiter and surface the right people for me. Your sole focus will be searching for potential candidates; I’ll handle messaging, interviews, and job posts myself.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Entry-level talent only—fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years’ experience.
• Every shortlisted profile must clearly show a relevant degree or certification that matches the role criteria I provide after kickoff.

Deliverable
A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing for each candidate:
– Name and LinkedIn profile URL
– Current title and employer (if any)
– Location and degree/certification details
– One-sentence note on why they fit

Acceptance Criteria
I’ll review and approve the first five profiles to confirm the search parameters. Once aligned, please compile at least 40 additional qualified profiles within five days. Accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the degree requirement are essential for full acceptance.
