# Freelance Recruiter / Telecaller Support Required

We are hiring freelancers for recruitment support work.

## Job Responsibilities:

### 1. Candidate Sourcing
* Data scraping from job portals:
* WorkIndia
* Apna
* JobHai
* Naukri
* Candidate profile unlock (3–4 jobs)
* Updating candidate data in Google Sheets / Excel

### 2. Candidate Calling
* Calling interested candidates
* Explaining job details properly
* Checking candidate interest and availability
* Scheduling interviews with the client/company

### 3. Follow-Up Activities
* Interview follow-ups with candidates
* Next-day interview confirmation calls/messages
* Regular sheet updates and status tracking

## Requirements:
* Good communication skills
* Basic Excel / Google Sheet knowledge
* Experience in recruitment or telecalling preferred
* Must have own mobile/laptop and internet connection

## Payment Terms:
* Payment will be provided per successful joining/placement.
