UK Construction Trades Candidate Sourcing
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need an experienced recruiter who can jump straight onto the job boards I already use and bring me a steady flow of vetted carpenters for live construction projects across the UK. You will advertise, search, screen CVs, and run initial right-to-work and reference checks so that by the time their details reach my desk I can confidently move them to interview.
The whole conversation with applicants happens by email, so you must be comfortable writing concise, professional messages and keeping accurate inbox records. Calls or site visits are handled on my side if needed; your focus stays online.
Please supply, for each candidate:
• A brief skills summary, current location, notice period, and hourly rate expectation
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and at least one recent reference
• Your own short evaluation (fit, availability, any concerns)
I’ll measure success by how many candidates pass my secondary interview and accept an offer, so quality trumps quantity. If this first run goes well, I’ll open further roles—electricians, plumbers and other trades—to the same process.
