Commission-Only Remote Recruiter

I run a UK-based recruitment firm and I’m expanding our fully remote team with seasoned recruiters who can deliver results without daily hand-holding. Your focus is straightforward: hunt down quality talent for permanent vacancies, qualify them quickly, and send polished CVs through to me so I can manage the client side.

You’ll have full access to our branding, onboarding materials, and ongoing support, but you’ll keep control of how, where, and when you source. If LinkedIn, major job boards or niche social channels are already second nature to you, you’ll fit right in. What matters most is that you’re proactive, communicate clearly in English, and know how to close candidates.

The model is pure commission—up to 40 % of every successful placement—so your earning power is directly tied to how many roles you fill. Work from anywhere, set your own hours, and scale your income at a pace that suits you.

I’m interested only in recruiters who can point to real agency or in-house wins.
