I run SENVORAA, and one entire vertical of the company focuses on talent acquisition for our external clients. To keep our model lean, I do not subscribe to any job portals and will not be issuing login credentials, résumé banks, or paid advertising seats. Instead, I rely on recruiters who already have strong personal networks, active LinkedIn sourcing habits, and their own databases or referral pipelines.

Here is how we will work together:

• You receive an open position brief from me with the job description, salary range, and target start date.
• You source, screen, and submit qualified résumés, then coordinate interviews in collaboration with the hiring manager.
• Once a candidate signs the offer letter and joins, I confirm the start and release a 40 % commission on the agreed-upon recruitment fee for that role. Payment is processed once we receive it and then after within 2-3 days.

Acceptance criteria for each closure
• Minimum of three qualified profiles shared per role.
• Interview feedback captured and relayed within 24 hours.
• Final candidate’s documentation (CV, reference check notes, and salary proof) submitted before joining.
