Skilled Tech Recruiter Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m expanding our talent pool of talented software engineers who work with U.S. clients and I need a dedicated recruiter to make that happen. Your own English level should be B2 or higher, because every conversation with candidates, hiring managers and clients will be in English.
The brief(About developers who you need to find):
• Target profile: engineers with 3+ years’ experience. I’m open to any vertical, yet the answer we logged for industry was “Software Engineering,” so a broad engineering background is fine.
• Coding stack to cover: JavaScript, Python, Java, plus the extra skills we noted—C# and Ruby.
• Category selected in the form was “Recruiter,” so you’ll focus on candidates comfortable collaborating closely with product and people teams, not just heads-down coders.
• Candidate English must be C2-level; accent is irrelevant, clarity is everything.
What you’ll do:
Source, screen, and present qualified engineers, arrange interviews, and shepherd offers through to acceptance. For every developer who signs and starts, you get paid; there’s no cap on how many you can place.
If this sounds like a good match, send me your CV along with a short note on your recent placements and typical time-to-hire. I’ll reply with the commission structure and the outline of our interview process.
