Cold Email Talent Recruitment

I need support recruiting three key profiles for my Noida office’s outbound-email team: Email Copywriter, Campaign Manager and an Email List Generation Specialist/Fresher familiar with Apollo.io or similar prospecting tools. These roles will work on high-volume cold outreach campaigns, yet I’m open to both freshers and experienced candidates—no mandatory certifications; attitude and basic understanding of email marketing matter more.

Here’s what I’m counting on you to handle from start to finish: sourcing quality CVs, pre-screening for communication skills and basic tool know-how, coordinating interview slots with me, and keeping me updated until each seat is filled.
