African & Eastern European Talent Headhunter

I need a freelance headhunter who can dive straight into African and Eastern European markets and bring me pre-qualified, mid-level professionals for three core functions at Ekiply: Customer Support, Sales, and Tech. Every candidate you submit must already have the language fluency, industry-specific know-how, and technical skill set needed to start adding value from day one.

You will be responsible for locating talent, running the first screening call, validating skills, and presenting a concise but insightful dossier for each person. LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and your existing network will likely be your primary hunting grounds, but you are free to use whatever channels give the best results as long as the pipeline stays fresh.

Deliverables I expect for each open role
• A shortlist of 5–7 viable mid-level candidates drawn exclusively from Africa or Eastern Europe
• For each candidate: CV, brief screening notes, language proficiency confirmation, salary expectations, and earliest start date
• Coordination of first-round interviews on my calendar

Acceptance will be based on the relevance of backgrounds to the role, accuracy of your vetting notes, and timeliness of interview scheduling.
