I am seeking a freelancer currently based in Khujand, Tajikistan to carry out a simple in-person document verification task at a local institution.

The goal is to visit the organisation in person and ask for public or general confirmation regarding the validity of a document, or to inquire about their official process for verification.

Task Details:
Visit the institution in Khujand
Ask staff such as the receptionist or administrative office) about document verification procedures
Politely request if they can confirm the authenticity of a document issued by their office
Note any official responses or posted procedures
Take photos of the building to confirm the visit

Requirements:
Must be located in or near Khujand
Able to communicate clearly and respectfully in Tajik and/or Russian (basic English for reporting)
Professional attitude during the visit
Ability to submit a short written report in English with any findings
