Web app development using Nextjs

I am looking for someone to develop a web app using Nextjs. The development should include React, Tailwind CSS and HTML. This project will not involve designing the user interface and will require server side rendering. The successful freelancer should have experience in creating web applications with Nextjs and should demonstrate a mastery of React, CSS and HTML.
