Rewrite website CSS on TailwindCSS -- 2

We have fully working website which we want to rebuild using TailwindCSS. Here are pages we need to write code from simple CSS to TailwindCSS by all TailwindCSS conventions, with "npm run prod" command and etc.
We are looking for TailwindCSS specialist who knows this framework quite well. Please attend only if you have enought experience on TailwindCSS to accomplish the tasks...
We will provide URLS of each page, so you can use existing CSS code to build on TailwindCSS much easier. There are some specific design elements, as backgrounds, fading-away top menu and etc, so have this in your mind when bidding a budget.
