I am looking for a skilled front-end developer to create a clean, well-structured TailwindCSS template based on my provided page mockups.

Project Requirements:
Build a responsive HTML template using TailwindCSS (latest version).
Follow best practices for utility-first architecture and ensure clean, maintainable, and semantic code.
Implement layout and styles according to the design previews I will upload for the main pages.

Code should be:

Fully responsive
Accessible
