TailwindCSS & Skeleton.dev Updates to v4
Budget: €8 – €40 EUR
I need help updating TailwindCSS to version 4 and Skeleton.dev to version 4 for my project.
We started very early with two 4 & skeleton.dev v3 see but toast and modals where incomplete

The project wound and need to be adapted using the existing migration scripts.
Please note https://github.com/SveltyCMS/SveltyCMS/pull/262 is currently the latest branch that will soon replace all branches
