Tailwind Website UI Design Needed

we are building an informative site and already have a backend developer on standby; what I’m missing is a talented designer who works natively with Tailwind. Your task is purely front-end design—no backend code, integrations, or data wiring.

What I need from you
• High-fidelity page mocks created with Tailwind utility classes in mind
• Responsive layouts that look consistent from mobile to large desktop
• A cohesive visual system (typography, colour palette, component states) that my developer can lift straight into our Tailwind workflow
• Well-commented HTML (tagged with Tailwind class suggestions) so hand-off is painless

Acceptance criteria
1. Every page loads cleanly in the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
2. Tailwind classes are used rather than custom CSS whenever possible.
3. Components are reusable across pages (buttons, cards, nav, footers).
4. Accessibility basics are respected (semantic tags, colour contrast, keyboard navigation).
