Tailwind CSS -Web Designer Needed

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong experience in Tailwind CSS to design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, strong frontend skills, and the ability to convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable code.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and basic JavaScript

Convert Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch designs into pixel-perfect UI

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers

Optimize UI performance and page load speed

Maintain design consistency across the application

Improve UI based on user feedback and usability testing

Follow best practices for accessibility and responsive design

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript

Experience with responsive and mobile-first design

Familiarity with UI/UX principles

Experience using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop

Understanding of browser developer tools
