Job Description
I am looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to improve and standardize the frontend architecture of several PHP MVC core projects.
This is not about patchwork or quick fixes.
I need someone who can work cleanly within an existing codebase, improve structure, and build a scalable, reusable, production-ready frontend foundation.
The focus is on:
clean, modern, enterprise-grade UI
mobile-first and fully responsive layouts
consistent layout and component architecture
maintainable frontend standards across multiple MVC cores
structured work inside existing systems, not unnecessary rewrites
Current Stack / Environment
PHP MVC core
server-rendered views
centralized layout structure
centralized CSS and JS logic
reusable UI components
Tailwind CSS v3 and v4
frontend refactoring and standardization across multiple projects
Scope of Work
analyze and improve the frontend structure inside the MVC core
standardize layout architecture across header, footer, sidebar, content areas, forms, and views
build and refine reusable frontend components
improve responsiveness, spacing, sizing, breakpoints, and general UI consistency
work with Tailwind CSS v3 and v4 in a clean, scalable way
avoid inline styles and one-off frontend hacks
preserve existing logic where appropriate and improve it systematically
create a frontend base that can be reused across future projects
Requirements
strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
strong experience with Tailwind CSS v3 and v4
strong experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
experience working with PHP MVC systems and server-rendered frontend structures
ability to read and improve an existing project instead of rebuilding everything blindly
strong focus on code hygiene, maintainability, consistency, and reusable structure
solid understanding of modern UI/UX for admin panels, SaaS platforms, and enterprise interfaces
