Real-Time Internet Shutdown Dashboard
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building a web-based dashboard that pulls live data from Access Now, NetBlocks and Surfshark to visualise internet disruptions around the world. The interface will be written in React with Tailwind CSS, Chart.js and plain JavaScript where appropriate, and I want it to feel as responsive as a trading platform: maps, charts and statistics must update in real time, with tooltips, filtering and drill-downs that let a visitor explore the story behind each outage.
Single sign-on (SSO) will gate access; once a user is authenticated the app should remember their preferences and reload smoothly on any device. An AI service (you’re free to suggest a model or API) will analyse incoming outage reports to predict the likelihood of a shutdown escalating, estimate its economic impact and surface that insight on the same screen.
What I need from you
• A React/Tailwind front end that renders a world map, regional panels and historical timelines, all driven by live feeds.
• Real-time user interactions: hover to expand stats, click to filter by country or provider, and instant chart redraws without page reloads.
• SSO integration (OAuth 2.0 or similar) with a straightforward user profile module.
• A lightweight backend or serverless functions that collect the sources, normalise the data and pass it to the UI; feel free to propose the stack.
• AI-powered risk prediction and cost calculation wired into the data pipeline.
