React/TypeScript App Fine-Tuning & Launch

Job Description
We're looking for an experienced React/TypeScript developer to help finalize and launch our mobile-first, gamified trading marketplace application. The app is feature-complete and now needs final polish, testing, documentation, security hardening, and deployment support.

About the Project
A gamified trading and marketplace platform where users can:

List items for trade
Discover items on an interactive map
Chat in real-time with other users
Manage wallet and token balance
Complete missions and earn rewards
Build their trading profile with levels, XP, and badges

The codebase is ~95% ready and waiting for production-grade finishing touches.

Scope of Work
1. Code Review & Quality Assurance

Full codebase review against current best practices
Identify and fix bugs
Optimize performance
Enforce strict TypeScript safety
Clean up and refactor where needed
Security audit and remediation

2. Testing

Unit tests for critical services and components
Integration tests for core user flows (authentication, chat, trades, wallet)
Set up Jest + React Testing Library
Achieve solid test coverage
Cross-device and cross-browser testing

3. Documentation

Comprehensive technical documentation
Firebase API documentation
Step-by-step deployment guide
Updated README and onboarding instructions
Clear code comments on complex logic

4. Production Readiness

Environment configuration

Loading states and UX polish
Bundle optimization and lazy loading
Analytics integration (optional)

5. Deployment & Launch Support

Technical Requirements
Must-Have Skills

React 18+ with TypeScript (expert level)
Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Storage)
Tailwind CSS + mobile-first responsive design
Git with clean workflow

Real-world production deployment experience
Strong code review and communication skills
