React & Tailwind CSS Meeting Booking System

I need a fully responsive web application built using React and Tailwind CSS for a Meeting Room Booking System. The system should include:

Separate login pages for User, IT Team, and Director

OTP verification after login, with a 2-minute countdown timer

Dashboard with collapsible sidebar and top navbar

Pages for: Booking, Available Slots, History, Feedback, Remarks, Contact, and FAQ

Booking page with selection between Physical, Virtual, and Hybrid meetings, each with their own dynamic form

Calendar integration showing selected date and upcoming meetings with cultural event highlights

Confirmation popup after booking and reset functionality

Backend using PHP + MySQL (via phpMyAdmin)

I have partial code ready and a clear layout structure. I need help completing the functionality, improving UI, and connecting frontend to backend.
