Pencil.dev Expert Needed for UI/UX Redesign

Website + Product UI/UX Revamp — Must Have Pencil.dev Experience
We're a cybersecurity startup building an OS and network-layer enforcement platform for high-stakes remote assessments. We need a designer/developer to revamp our marketing website and our product's UI/UX (desktop app + admin dashboard).
You must have real, hands-on experience with Pencil.dev (the AI-native, MCP-based design tool that lives inside VS Code/Cursor and generates production code from .pen files). This is non-negotiable, please don't apply without it. We'll ask for proof: a repo, .pen files, or a before/after of shipped work.
Scope

Redesign our marketing website (live site, needs a stronger visual identity and better conversion flow)
Redesign our desktop app and admin dashboard UI/UX
Work from our existing dark-mode brand system (defined palette and typography) or propose an evolution of it
Deliver production-ready code (React/Tailwind), not just mockups, that's the point of using Pencil
