Minimalist WordPress UI Refresh

My WordPress site already runs on a simple, bare-bones custom theme built with Tailwind CSS; the content structure and functionality are staying exactly as they are. What I need now is a fresh coat of paint that sharpens visual impact without altering the underlying CMS or code architecture.

The refresh is 100 % design-focused: color palette, typography hierarchy, and better layout/spacing.

You will not receive WordPress admin access.
I can provide screenshots, existing HTML snippets, and theme/template files as reference.
You should be comfortable designing within utility-class constraints (Tailwind-friendly).

Deliverables I’d like to see:
- A mini design system: color palette, typography scale, spacing, buttons/links, cards, form inputs, and component states (hover/focus)
- All defined using Tailwind utility classes.
- Styling and layout for these pages: homepage (hero + key content blocks), services page (hero + key content blocks), articles listing (post card design), single article page (article header, title, and previous/next navigation), contact page (form styling for Ninja Forms).
