Migration from Craft CMS to NextJS, Sanity.io and Tailwind css

I would like a proposal for migration of our web site: https://prosesspilotene.no currently based on Craft CMS, to NextJS, TailwindCSS, Cloudinary, Azure AI Search, and Vercel.

This is a complete as-is migration of the site with design and data.

The final project shall be in GitHub.com with high quality code, test cases and well documented.
