Laravel Enhancements & WhatsApp Slider

I have a production Laravel application that needs a quick round of improvements.

1) WhatsApp support slider
I’d like a small, always-visible slider on the site that opens a WhatsApp chat with our support number. Think of the familiar “Need help? Chat now” tab fixed to the edge of the screen—smooth slide-in/slide-out, responsive on mobile, and easy for me to change the target phone number from .env.

2) User account settings tweak
Inside the existing profile page I want to introduce a few extra, fully editable fields. These are custom fields presented as radio buttons and dropdown menus (for example, a dropdown for “Account Type” and a radio group for a simple Yes/No preference). They should save to the database alongside the current user table columns; I’m fine with either adding columns or using a JSON attributes column—whichever fits cleanly with Laravel Eloquent.

That’s all for this sprint. The codebase is on Laravel 10, Tailwind for styling, and GitHub for version control. A clean, commented pull request is the expected deliverable so I can review and merge without surprises.
