Here’s the heart of the job:
• A responsive storefront that loads fast, scales cleanly, and feels native on mobile and desktop.
• A shopping cart that persists across sessions and recalculates totals accurately.
• Secure checkout wired to a mainstream payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal—open to your recommendation).
• Product pages that let customers leave ratings and written reviews, with a simple moderation flow.
• A lightweight admin dashboard for inventory, order, and review management.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every core flow—from landing to payment confirmation—runs smoothly on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and mobile browsers.
2. Google Lighthouse performance score ≥ 85 on desktop.
3. Key business logic (cart math, payment callbacks, review submission) is covered by unit or integration tests.
