3D Bold Tech Site Development

I need a developer who can turn my vision for a bold, vibrant, fully-responsive tech website into a live Vercel deployment. The stack I want to use is React + Vite + TypeScript, with 3-D scenes handled by React Three Fiber and Drei, smooth micro-interactions animated through Framer Motion, and styling powered by Tailwind CSS.
The site’s job is straightforward: clearly present information about our cutting-edge product while wowing visitors with an interactive 3-D experience. I only need three core pages—Home, About Us, and Contact Us—but each page should feel alive. For example, the Home page should open with a dynamic 3-D hero section that responds to user input; the About Us page can include subtle motion-driven reveals; and the Contact Us page must feature a working form that plugs into our existing email endpoint.
Because this is primarily an informational site, speed and accessibility are a must. The final deliverable should be a clean, well-documented Git repository plus a production deployment on Vercel. I’ll consider the project complete when:
• All three pages render perfectly across modern browsers and common mobile devices.
• 3-D and motion assets load quickly (code-splitting and lazy loading where appropriate).
