I need a Tableau server super expert

This is very urgent.
Our tableau server is not loading pages in peak hours even having the best infrastructure.

I need this to be fixed.

Only experts can bid. Interview woll be taken before startinb on the project. Access woll not be given , instead we will work over screen share.
