I need a Tableau calculation

If I have Data from Oct 2022 till April 2023. I want a drop down Filter on my Tableau Dashboard which should show--

Oct 2022
Nov 2022
Dec 2022
Jan 2023
Feb 2023
Mar 2023
Apr 2023
Last 3 months
Last 1 month
Last week

Note - Parameters can be used.
I just want a syntax to create this calculation.
