Woodstock Institute Data Portal - tableau / wordpress user interface help

Woodstock Institute is a nonprofit where I am a communications and website consultant.
We’ve recently updated our data portal offering an analysis of mortgages in the Chicago metro area for nonprofits, community leaders, lenders, and government leaders. Data covers a range of geographies from 2008-2019. We add new data annually.
We’re looking for a proposal to help us with meshing the styles and developing a kick ass user interface on our WordPress website. We also need to make sure we have a space to add some intro and user guide type text on the site.
The data portal includes a neighborhood by geographic area as well as: top lenders;, mortgage lending; small business lending, and foreclosures by geographic area.
Our research team is already familiar with Tableau so bonus points if you can transfer knowledge about how to do this to our team in the course of the project.
