Tableau expert for guidance

I am looking for a Tableau expert who can provide guidance on data visualization techniques. I currently have one data set that I need to visualize. I have intermediate experience with Tableau. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques and be able to provide guidance on best practices for dashboard design. Experience in data blending and joining techniques is a plus.

- The main requirement is to provide "Variance of Percentage of Sub totals"
-Must be able to join Zoom/teams meeting
