Tableau + Five9 Call Center Data Scientist

We are porting Five9 call center data into Tableau and need a data scientist/analyst to work with that data and create reporting.
In particular, we need to work with some one who is familiar with call centers and call center data reports.
The most important reporting we need is creating spead to lead reporting and lead completion rate reporting amoung other reports.
