We are looking for an experienced Tableau developer/analyst to support us in a healthcare-related project. The role involves working with complex healthcare datasets and building insightful, interactive dashboards that will help our team make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Connect Tableau to multiple healthcare data sources (PostgreSQL/SQL/Excel/CSV/ETL pipelines).
Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
Apply best practices for healthcare data visualization (e.g., compliance-friendly formats, patient/claims data).
Collaborate with our engineering and business teams to refine requirements and deliver clear, impactful analytics.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Tableau (desktop and server).
Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
Previous experience in healthcare analytics, claims data, patient records, or related domains is a strong plus.
Ability to translate business questions into meaningful visualizations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD/CPT coding, etc.).
Experience integrating Tableau with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data modeling.
Project Duration: Short-term (with the possibility of extension depending on performance and project needs).
