Tableau Data Analyst for Sales Reports

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented freelance Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. You will work closely with our team to identify trends and help inform decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis: Collecting and interpreting data from various sources using statistical techniques.
Data Cleaning and Validation: Cleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity.
Data Visualization: Designing and creating visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present data insights clearly and effectively.
Report Generation: Generating periodic reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Trend Identification: Identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.
Collaboration: Working closely with team members to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, or similar).
Data Visualization Skills: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to create clear and compelling visual representations of data.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and propose solutions.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
