Tableau Dashboards
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete, presentation-ready example of a Tableau (preferred) or Power BI dashboard built on a high-school data set. The final presentation will run 10–15 minutes and must walk through every step of your build so I can confidently speak to it at district level.
Scope of the dashboard
• Business problem: show how a district can monitor Student Performance, Attendance Records, and Teacher Evaluations in one place.
• Audience: principals, department heads, and district leadership.
• Data: source or create a realistic high-school data set that covers multiple school years, grade levels, courses, teachers, and demographic fields typical of US districts.
What I need you to deliver
1. Clean, well-documented data set (CSV / SQL backup / Excel) with clear data dictionary.
2. Tableau workbook (or .pbix) that:
– Connects directly to the data you provide
– Shows relevant SQL snippets or calculated fields you used for joins, KPIs, or data reshaping
– Contains thoughtfully chosen bar charts, line graphs, heatmaps or other visuals that spotlight the three metrics above
– Includes interactive filters (year, grade level, demographic segments, teacher) and at least one drill-down action
3. A concise slide deck (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or PDF) outlining: purpose, audience, data source, preparation steps, transformations, design choices, challenges, and future enhancements.
4. A short usage guide or speaker notes so I can rehearse the flow comfortably.
Acceptance criteria
• All numbers reconcile when filters change.
• Calculations (e.g., attendance rate, GPA buckets, teacher effectiveness score) are transparent and reproducible.
• Layout is clear on a standard laptop screen; no scrolling required during the demo.
• Workbook opens without broken connections or missing fonts/images.
