Tableau Dashboard and Reporting

Looking for a Tableau expert who will develop and maintain dashboards and reports for multiple clients that can be easily converted or integrated into billing reports and monthly summary reports in Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Needs to have an advanced understanding of Tableau, application optimization and performance, SQL, calculated fields, TABCMD, automation, etc. Needs to know how to deploy and efficiently manage multiple sites while standardizing on a desired format. Prefer to have someone who has worked with a Dynamics CRM database.
