Have blood pressure measures and need to place the following in dashboard:
i. Percentage of individuals who have improved (lowered blood pressure)
ii. Percentage of individuals who have remained the same
iii. Percentage of individuals who worsened
iv. Percentage of individuals who have submitted bp x readings
