Tableau Bar Chart for Ticket Analysis

I'm looking for a Tableau expert to create a bar chart that calculates the count of tickets remaining open for more than certain days at the end of each month.

Requirements:
- Bar chart displaying each month separately
- Parameters to accept user inputs for X (days) and Y (months)
- Use of corporate colors
- Include both data values and percentage change as labels

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Tableau
- Experience with parameters and dynamic inputs
- Strong design sense for corporate-themed visuals
- Ability to provide knowledge transfer (KT) upon project completion
