SQL & Salesforce Reporting Dashboards

Extracting and analysing data from our MySQL and SQL Server databases is the first milestone. I will provide direct access (read-only) to the relevant tables; your job is to write clear, well-documented SQL—using CTEs, window functions and any other advanced techniques required—to pull, cleanse and validate the data.

Once the core queries are in place I need that data funnelled into Salesforce, where it powers our sales-performance and financial reports. Accuracy is critical, so every metric must reconcile back to source before we expose it to the business.

The same datasets will also drive a set of executive dashboards. I’m flexible on visualisation tools—Tableau, Power BI or Looker all fit our stack—so feel free to work in whichever environment you are fastest. Results should be drill-down ready and easy to refresh.

I will want a parallel Excel workbook with pivot tables that mirrors the key numbers for ad-hoc analysis by the finance team.

Acceptance is based on the dashboards matching Salesforce figures to within 0.1 % and all queries running in under one minute on our staging replicas.
