Real-Time Notion to Tableau Connector

Job ID: 40262564

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I’m looking for a clean, reliable way to stream my Notion data via Make "connector" to Tableau, I have to use make as a connector. The goal is real-time visibility, not periodic exports.

Scope of the connection
• Databases involved: “Tasks and Projects”, “Sales and Revenue”, and a smaller “users”.
• The feed needs to pick up new rows, edits and deletions as they happen inside Notion and surface them automatically in Tableau without manual refreshes.

What I imagine as the end state
– I open Tableau, and see my data
– Field names stay identical to the property names in Notion so existing dashboards won’t break when I remodel them.
– Latency stays low enough that changes in Notion are visible in Tableau within a couple of minutes.

Deliverables
1. A working connector (Make) that allows me to view Notion data in Tableau.
2. Clear setup documentation so I can redeploy it on another machine or hand it to the team.
3. A brief walkthrough call or video showing the flow from a change in Notion to its appearance in Tableau.

If you have already built Notion integrations with Make, or have experience with Tableau, that will shorten the timeline considerably.I can export my data / dummy data into .csv files.
